Guided Meditation: Firelight to Dawn


Find a comfortable position, sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, letting go of any tension with each exhale.

Imagine yourself nestled around a crackling campfire. Focus on the deep red of the glowing embers, feeling a sense of safety and security.

As the flames dance, see their vibrant orange light, filling you with warmth and a sense of contentment.

Let the yellow glow of the fire bring to mind cherished loved ones. Feel the connection and love that surrounds you.

Gaze outward at the lush green grass and forest bathed in the firelight. Feel a deep sense of belonging and love for the natural world.

Look up at the vast night sky, a deep, calming blue. Feel your connection to the universe, a part of something much greater.

As dawn approaches, visualize a soft violet radiance painting the horizon. Feel yourself renewed and refreshed, ready to meet the day.

Take a few final breaths, letting the peace and tranquility of the meditation linger. When you're ready, gently open your eyes.
