About Lauren
I have spent the last 30 years involved in the practice of Yoga & Reiki and have dedicated my time and energy to making as much of my world as possible a happy, comfortable place to work and live.

Over the last 20 years I have taught my style of healing and preventative Yoga all over Long Island, NY. I have taken a different path with Yoga; It's not a competition to see who can hold the best pose the longest, but an exercise and learning experience to be used for creating better health.
I feel that the best way to introduce my Yoga is in small groups and seminars that are quick, fun and informative with no pressure.​ I have found that the feedback I get from first timers, novices and Yoga gurus after these events is always positive with a sense of understanding and accomplishment.

My classes are 1 on 1 with each student and last approximately 90 minutes. I will come to you, and bring everything we will need for class. I have found this style of teaching to be the most beneficial for most students.
