session will include: -discussing what you feel needs to be addressed -30 - 45 minutes of directed Yoga -breathing techniques to help you -techniques to help you hold your posture *due to an increase in cancellations, full payment is due at time of order *50% refund will be issued for any cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment *no refund will be issued if cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment
