session will include: -discussing what you feel needs to be addressed -30 - 45 minutes of poses directed at helping you Free your Joints -breathing techniques to help you -a visual chart of poses for you to keep and practice *due to an increase in cancellations, full payment is due at time of order *50% refund will be issued for any cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment *no refund will be issued if cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment
