session will include: -discussing what you feel needs to be addressed -10 - 15 minutes light Yoga movement -a discussion on how you would like to proceed *due to an increase in cancellations, full payment is due at time of order *50% refund will be issued for any cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment *no refund will be issued if cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment
